FAQ

Below are common questions about sourcing industrial control spare parts. If your question isn’t covered, feel free to contact us directly.

Are your spare parts new or used?
We offer brand-new stock (Brand New), surplus new, and functionally tested quality refurbished/used parts (Used/Refurbished). The condition of every item is clearly stated in its listing and quote — please confirm before ordering.
Do you provide a warranty?
All spare parts come with a 1-year warranty from the invoice date (unless otherwise agreed in writing). Manufacturer warranties usually do not apply to parts purchased through non-authorized channels; SpareTech PLC backs you with our own warranty.
What is the lead time?
In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 business days; for out-of-stock or back-order models we’ll state the estimated lead time in the quote. Expedited options are available for emergency shutdowns.
How do I get a quote?
Submit an inquiry via the contact form on this page, by email, or on WhatsApp, including the full model/order number, quantity and desired condition. We’ll reply as soon as possible with a quote covering terms, test information and warranty.
Do you supply discontinued / obsolete models?
Yes. We specialize in discontinued and hard-to-source industrial automation parts, holding extensive stock of these to shorten delivery for urgent needs. Correctly identifying the model is the first step.
How do I confirm the model I need?
Please provide the full order number (MLFB) and suffix, hardware/firmware version, and photos of the nameplate and connector. For brands like Siemens, we also recommend backing up the PLC program, hardware configuration and network settings before replacement.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most models can be ordered as a single piece, so you can validate with a small batch first. The specifics depend on the quote.
Which shipping methods do you support?
We ship worldwide, commonly via international couriers such as DHL / UPS / FedEx, and can choose a solution based on destination and delivery-time requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
Common methods include wire transfer (T/T); new-customer orders may require verification, which can cause processing delays. Specific payment terms will be stated in the quote.
Are you an authorized distributor for the manufacturers?
No. SpareTech PLC is not an authorized distributor or representative of the listed manufacturers, and the related trademarks belong to their respective owners. We serve customers through our own channels and warranty.
